Camille

CEO

Camille is the CEO of the practice and brings a deep commitment to both patient care and operational excellence. Originally from San Diego, California, Camille moved to Maryland in 2016 and began working in orthodontics alongside her husband, Dr. Bonebreak, in 2017.

Before transitioning to the orthodontic field, Camille built a successful career in both residential and commercial real estate. Since entering orthodontics, she has held nearly every role—from front office and treatment coordination to billing, management, and even assisting clinically. Her hands-on experience and dedication have made her a knowledgeable and trusted resource for the families the practice serves.

Camille played a vital role in managing Dr. Bonebreak’s former Howard County practice from 2017 to 2022 and now leads with the same passion and care at their current location. She and Dr. Bonebreak are proud to serve communities across Maryland and, as parents themselves, are honored by the trust families place in them for their children’s orthodontic care.

Jennifer

Practice Manager

Jennifer is the Practice Manager and brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, including the past five in orthodontics. She has worked alongside Dr. Bonebreak throughout her entire orthodontic career—first in Howard County and now in Hanover—playing a key role in supporting both patients and staff.

Jennifer values the relationships she builds with patients and finds fulfillment in contributing directly to their health and well-being. Originally from Montgomery County, she has called Howard County home for more than 20 years.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and son, especially exploring historic sites that reflect the rich heritage of the region.

Simran

Treatment Coordinator

Simran grew up in Columbia, Maryland, and is a proud graduate of Atholton High School. She went on to earn her associate degree from Howard County Community College, where she developed a strong interest in healthcare and patient care.

In 2023, Simran began her orthodontic career at Flagship Orthodontics as an orthodontic assistant. Her dedication and quick ability to learn the intricacies of orthodontics and tooth movement allowed her to excel in her role. In recognition of her skills and commitment to patient care, she was promoted to Treatment Coordinator in 2025.

Outside of the office, Simran enjoys spending quality time with her three siblings and her dog.
