Jennifer

Practice Manager

Jennifer is the Practice Manager and brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, including the past five in orthodontics. She has worked alongside Dr. Bonebreak throughout her entire orthodontic career—first in Howard County and now in Hanover—playing a key role in supporting both patients and staff.

Jennifer values the relationships she builds with patients and finds fulfillment in contributing directly to their health and well-being. Originally from Montgomery County, she has called Howard County home for more than 20 years.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and son, especially exploring historic sites that reflect the rich heritage of the region.

Simran

Treatment Coordinator

Simran grew up in Columbia, Maryland, and is a proud graduate of Atholton High School. She went on to earn her associate degree from Howard County Community College, where she developed a strong interest in healthcare and patient care.

In 2023, Simran began her orthodontic career at Flagship Orthodontics as an orthodontic assistant. Her dedication and quick ability to learn the intricacies of orthodontics and tooth movement allowed her to excel in her role. In recognition of her skills and commitment to patient care, she was promoted to Treatment Coordinator in 2025.

Outside of the office, Simran enjoys spending quality time with her three siblings and her dog.
